Using Social Media as a Tool for Business

The ability to share information quickly and easily has made the growing craze over social media the perfect tool in making a business more accessible and convenient. At a recent claims conference in Las Vegas, Claims Journal Spoke with a few claims professionals about the useful ways in which social media is being used in the claims industry.
